Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and forecast disruptive technologies through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough biotech and climate solutions
- Present futuristic insights to C-suite and key stakeholders
- Curate annual 'Future State' thought leadership symposium
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Certification in Futures Research or equivalent preferred
