You'll leverage cutting-edge methodologies to decode emerging trends, anticipate disruptions, and translate foresight into competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology and societal trend roadmaps using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop predictive models for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Produce executive briefings on future-proofing strategies for board stakeholders
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio for 2026 technology incubation
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across R&D and product development
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology) and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in scenario planning (e.g., WFS, SFI) or foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or future trends
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
