What You'll Achieve:
- Develop 5-year technology adoption roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technology trends
- Author quarterly futurist briefs distributed to 10,000+ industry leaders
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-computer interfaces
Responsibilities
- Analyze quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI convergence patterns
- Design scenario-planning models for disruptive tech disruptions by 2026
- Present trend forecasts to executive leadership and investor boards
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-tech into MVPs
- Author thought leadership content for industry publications
- Mentor junior futurists on trendspotting methodologies
- Monitor global tech policy shifts affecting innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or futurist consulting
- Published author in exponential technology or foresight fields
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio of trend forecasts with measurable impact
