Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product innovation and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Author visionary thought leadership pieces for industry conferences and publications
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing concepts and validate market readiness
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting tech adoption timelines
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and scenario planners
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Theory, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 7+ years in tech strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their convergence points
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Published author or keynote speaker on future-focused topics
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 future-strategy implementations
