Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and societal trends to forecast 2026 landscape disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for long-term product development cycles
- Collaborate with C-suite to align corporate strategy with future market realities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to incubate next-generation innovation concepts
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging paradigms (AI ethics, quantum adoption, etc.)
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented impact
