Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech)
- Produce annual Future State Reports for C-suite stakeholders and investment committees
- Facilitate cross-industry symposia with Fortune 500 partners and academic institutions
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and national technology initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of trend analysts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech policy
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (IEEE, Nature Futures, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and policymakers
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation roadmaps implemented
