Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical trends, and socio-economic patterns impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic models using predictive analytics and AI-powered foresight tools
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce executive-level reports and presentations quantifying future market opportunities and risks
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs
- Drive adoption of future-proofing methodologies across all business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics platforms
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in futures, technology, or strategic foresight publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term strategic adaptation
