Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Produce actionable foresight reports for C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Design and implement innovation frameworks to accelerate prototyping of next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech trends to inform product development cycles and investment strategies
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of forward-thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or tech foresight roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
