- Analyze global tech and socioeconomic trends to develop 2026+ strategic frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future business models
- Author visionary whitepapers on disruptive technologies and their market impacts
- Partner with R&D to align quantum/AI research with long-term commercialization
- Design scenario-planning models for climate resilience and ethical tech governance
- Present future-proof strategies to investors and board stakeholders
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Horizon Leadership Program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or technology consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Published thought leadership on 2020s tech disruption (IEEE/MIT preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact methodologies
- Proficiency in AI/quantum tech assessment frameworks
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
