- Establish KPIs for future-proofing organizational capabilities and talent ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology forecasting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis (e.g., Gartner, WEF reports)
- Mastery of horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, AI-powered trend platforms)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
