Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Reports' analyzing disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on strategic foresight and scenario planning
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify market opportunities and risks for emerging tech sectors (quantum computing, neurotech)
- Translate complex future projections into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite decisions with future-oriented insights
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analytics
