Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop data-driven strategic frameworks for clients navigating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable infrastructure transitions
- Produce executive-level trend reports and scenario-planning documents with actionable recommendations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready operational models
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry panels
- Maintain proprietary trend database and predictive analytics models
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic consulting, corporate innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in technology adoption lifecycle modeling and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence points
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities using Tableau/Power BI
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state strategy implementations
