Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal transformations to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic scenarios and innovation roadmaps for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive briefings for executive audiences
- Identify emerging risks and opportunities across geopolitical, economic, and technological domains
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario planning and risk modeling capabilities
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
- Portfolio of published trend reports or strategic foresight work
