Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic framework for 2026+ technological adoption and market disruption
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) to identify opportunities and risks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce scenario-based forecasts and strategic roadmaps with quarterly refresh cycles
- Advise executive leadership on R&D investments and market entry strategies
- Monitor global policy and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in technology, economics, or strategic foresight
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy
