Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological, social, and economic trends through 2026+
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Author annual 'Horizon Reports' with validated future scenarios for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for anticipated market disruptions
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future-vision insights to investors, clients, and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Proven track record of successfully predicting and capitalizing on emerging trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
