Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 trend forecasts across AI, biotech, climate tech, and human augmentation domains
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on future-proofing organizational models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies into R&D and product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for future readiness and track industry disruption indicators
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior analysts in emerging trend analysis and predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-scanning work (white papers, reports, presentations)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
