Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging tech trends through 2030+ horizon scanning
- Develop strategic frameworks for quantum-AI convergence initiatives
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite executives
- Author white papers on socio-technological paradigm shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize future-state prototypes
- Represent company at global futurism symposiums and tech summits
- Build and lead a specialized foresight research division
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or emerging tech strategy roles
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic innovations
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI, and neurotech landscapes
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, etc.)
