- Create scenario-based strategic models for organizational resilience and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing future-proof initiatives and innovation pipelines
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with research institutions and trend forecasting organizations
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Reports' with actionable strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
