Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technology trends across AI, quantum, biotech, and emerging fields
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks mapping technological convergence scenarios for 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption pathways
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment horizons
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or emerging technology analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFP, APF)
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technological disruption
