Responsibilities

- Lead workshops with C-suite to align long-term vision with tactical roadmaps
- Author thought leadership content on future-proofing business models
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-gen product concepts
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Present future trend briefings to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, tech forecasting, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech)
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio examples required)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Strong data modeling skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex futures concepts
- Published thought leadership in industry journals (HBR, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suite on strategic pivots
