Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological and societal shifts through 2026
- Design strategic frameworks for emerging domains (e.g., neurotech, climate AI)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation priorities
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published work on technological or societal trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Experience with stakeholder management across C-suite and technical teams
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
