Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impact through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for technological disruption and adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce strategic foresight reports and trend forecasting documents
- Advise executive team on technology investments and innovation opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their convergence
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite strategy decisions
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (white papers, books, keynotes)
- Experience with AI ethics, governance frameworks, and responsible innovation
