Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ technology trends across AI, quantum, biotech, and space exploration
- Develop strategic roadmaps for enterprise adoption of emerging technologies
- Present trend analysis and forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author white papers and thought leadership on technological disruption
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry pioneers
- Advise product development teams on long-term technology integration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into business strategy
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend impact analysis methodologies
