Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech) to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future challenges
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies and user experiences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (GenAI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience developing executive-level foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate future visions to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from World Future Society)
