Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models for 2026 technological, economic, and societal trends using proprietary AI-driven foresight platforms
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenario' workshops with engineering, design, and product teams
- Produce annual 'Horizon 2026' white papers and executive briefs for Fortune 500 partners
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, bio-convergence, AGI precursors) for strategic integration
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and innovation scouts
- Translate complex future projections into actionable product roadmaps and investment strategies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in predictive analytics, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year predictive accuracy
