Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technology trajectories through 2026+ horizon
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for emerging domains (Web4, Neurotech, Quantum AI)
- Develop and present executive-ready strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-focused insights into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at premier tech forums
- Monitor geopolitical/socioeconomic shifts affecting technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, venture capital, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record in forecasting technology trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist research or strategic frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
