Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum computing, biotech, and climate resilience
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-ready strategies into organizational DNA
- Curate and analyze global trend data using proprietary predictive modeling tools
- Present visionary roadmaps to stakeholders including venture capitalists and government agencies
- Build and lead a team of futurist researchers and scenario planners
- Author white papers that redefine industry paradigms and influence policy discourse
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 10+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals or industry platforms
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies or governments on future readiness
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 implemented future-shaping initiatives
