Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate disruptive trends through 2026-2030

- Architect innovation pipelines aligned with predicted societal and technological inflection points
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops translating foresight into product development priorities
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities in global markets
- Maintain proprietary trend intelligence database with predictive analytics capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial or organizational strategy
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AI, AR/VR)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent program
