Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, social, and economic shifts
- Develop predictive models for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and investment committees
- Guide R&D priorities through futures-thinking methodologies
- Author thought leadership on transformative trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, etc.)
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Experience with global trend analysis and geopolitical modeling
