Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks integrating scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align product roadmaps with future market demands
- Lead executive workshops communicating complex future scenarios with actionable insights
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Produce high-impact strategic reports influencing multi-year corporate planning
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities across 15+ industry verticals
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing C-level strategic frameworks
