Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural shifts to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for AI integration, climate tech adoption, and workforce evolution
- Lead high-stakes strategy workshops with Fortune 500 executives on future-proofing business models
- Author white papers and thought leadership content on exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Build quantitative models using machine learning to predict market disruptions and opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future human needs
- Advortise organizational strategy to embed future-readiness across all departments
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or tech innovation with C-suite exposure
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting, scenario planning, and disruptive technology analysis
- Mastery of quantitative modeling tools (Python, R, Tableau) and predictive analytics frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: AGI, quantum computing, bioengineering, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex futures into actionable strategies
- Track record of publishing thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
