Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology impact frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map future scenarios for AI, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Produce actionable foresight reports for C-suite stakeholders and venture partners
- Design innovation sprints validating 5-10 year future-state hypotheses
- Curate Horizon's annual 'Future Forward' conference featuring cutting-edge disruptors
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published future scenario frameworks
- Expertise in at least two domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience presenting complex concepts to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurist or tech innovation forums
