Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts affecting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for exponential tech adoption (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, climate AI)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Author thought leadership white papers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and integrate next-gen startups into our ecosystem
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futures research with proven impact on tech roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Published author or speaker at TED, Davos, or equivalent tiered forums
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-vision projects implemented in Fortune 500 settings
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Global network of innovators and academic influencers in emerging tech domains
