Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends in AI, biotech, and climate tech to develop 3-year strategic roadmaps
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for organizations navigating 2026 market landscapes
- Lead workshops with executive teams to embed future-thinking into corporate DNA
- Produce white papers and keynote presentations on emerging workforce paradigms
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2030 sustainability challenges
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic modeling frameworks
