- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure future-readiness and innovation impact
- Collaborate with R&D to translate future scenarios into product development pipelines

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record developing multi-year future-oriented roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable tech trends
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting complex future concepts to C-level executives
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
