Responsibilities

- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligning with 2030 UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive intelligence analysis for exponential technologies

- Author thought leadership publications positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future-ready pioneer
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech or sustainability domains
