Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with quantum/AI specialization
- Proven track record in building futuristic tech roadmaps
- Expertise in Web3.0/Blockchain and sustainable architecture
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Futuristics preferred
- Certified in Quantum Computing (IBM Qiskit) and AI Ethics frameworks
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature journals
- Experience with federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
