Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on future-proofing businesses
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on emerging risk/opportunity identification
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough innovations
- Represent InnovateCorp at global future-focused forums (World Economic Forum, Singularity University)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2030+ technology impacts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Experience with scenario modeling tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
