Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in simulated future environments
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting tech ecosystems
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against future-state milestones
- Collaborate with academic institutions and government bodies on future-focused research initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario simulation capabilities
- Strong public speaking and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-tech initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP) or relevant strategic planning methodology
