Responsibilities
- Identify and synthesize global tech, social, and economic trends into actionable strategic roadmaps for 2026
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive technological shifts
- Develop frameworks for evaluating emerging technologies' ethical and societal implications
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-forward strategies into core business models
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation analysts
- Represent the company at global tech foresight conferences and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of predicting and influencing industry trends (include 3+ case studies)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and pattern recognition abilities
- Experience leading cross-organizational transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
