Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on geopolitical, technological, and climate-related disruptions
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-state business models and governance structures
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational resilience and future-readiness
- Present findings to industry panels and publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Maintain proprietary database of emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years of strategy experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term scenarios for technology-driven industries
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate adaptation technologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent professional accreditation
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Prior work with Fortune 500 clients on transformational change initiatives
- Strong publication record in foresight or technology ethics publications
- Ability to translate complex future concepts into executable business strategies
