- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable initiatives
- Produce annual Future State reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic signals impacting long-term strategy
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2026-era challenges
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented planning
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementations
