Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their market impact for 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for 5-year horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future opportunities and threats
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-focused innovations into roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (required)
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
