Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients to navigate future disruptions and capitalize on paradigm shifts
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive teams across finance, healthcare, and tech sectors
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Build proprietary trend-forecasting algorithms using machine learning and big data analytics
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, strategic planning, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with proven ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or client impact studies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, APF) or equivalent training
