As a cornerstone of our Futures Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, tech pioneers, and sustainability leaders to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate systemic risks. Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational resilience frameworks across global markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy horizon-scanning methodologies to identify and quantify emerging technological, social, and environmental trends through 2030
- Architect scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, climate tech, and biotechnology sectors
- Produce actionable foresight reports translating complex future states into strategic imperatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops with stakeholders to align on future-proofing priorities
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using Python and advanced analytics tools
- Present strategic futures insights to executive boards with compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario development frameworks
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or climate resilience strategies
- Experience facilitating executive-level foresight workshops with Fortune 500 clients
