- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-proof solutions
- Present trend forecasts to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate foresight into product development
- Author thought leadership on future-focused innovation
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems for competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience with trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-shaping projects
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex storytelling
