- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize foresight insights into product development roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs to pioneer future-ready solutions
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and analytical techniques
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience communicating strategic visions
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or innovation journals preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar) highly desirable
