Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological convergence by 2026 using AI-driven trend analysis
- Produce white papers on quantum computing applications, climate tech disruptions, and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational strategy
- Monitor geopolitical shifts, regulatory changes, and ethical frameworks impacting 2026 tech landscapes
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for 15-year extrapolations of current innovation vectors
- Represent the company at Davos, Web Summit, and exclusive futurist symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Complexity Theory, or Strategic Foresight
- 5+ years experience with predictive analytics tools (GPT-4, Palantir, or similar)
- Published research in Nature Futures or similar peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: synthetic biology, quantum AI, or decentralized governance
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
- Certification in Systems Thinking (MIT Sloan) or Scenario Planning (Shell)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
