Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technology adoption patterns using AI-driven trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for clients in AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Produce annual 'Horizon 2026' reports with actionable market disruption forecasts
- Design innovation frameworks for organizations to adapt to quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Advose C-suite on ethical implications of AGI deployment and neuro-technology integration
- Build cross-industry partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and World Economic Forum
- Mentor junior futurists in exponential thinking and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of publishing disruptive trend analyses (e.g., in Nature, HBR, or Wired)
- Expertise in exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Three Horizons)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on 10-year strategic pivots
- Portfolio of at least 3 successful 2020s trend predictions with measurable impact
- Proficiency in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
