Responsibilities

- Author executive briefings on disruptive threats and opportunities across 15+ industries
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions with 3-5 year horizons
- Establish KPI frameworks to track predictive accuracy of trend forecasts
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology disruption (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
